Ordering

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. If you're outside our usual delivery area, get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

 

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within a few working days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the courier. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow it.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel, message us as soon as you can. We can usually adjust an order before it has been packed and shipped, but once it's on its way we're no longer able to cancel it.

 

Our products

How hot are your chillies?

Our King Chilli (Raja Mircha) and ghost pepper are among the hottest in the world, so a little goes a long way. If you're new to them, start with a small amount and build up. They carry real flavour, not just heat.

 

How should I store everything?

Keep our dried chillies and dry goods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in a sealed container once opened. Honey keeps well at room temperature and doesn't need refrigeration. Natural crystallisation in honey is normal and doesn't mean it has gone bad.

 

Are your products natural?

Yes. We work directly with growers and producers across the Northeast and sell food the way it has always been made in the region, without unnecessary additives. Small natural variations in colour, texture, and aroma between batches are part of that.

 

Returns and issues

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to ship anything back.

 

Can I return food I've changed my mind about?

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on food products once they've been delivered, opened, or consumed. You can read the full details on our Return policy page.
